When making your online booking a $27.50 deposit is required, $25 will be deducted from your USB price on the day of photography.
We kindly ask that you aim to be at the The Hideaway Bringelly 5 minutes before your session. Please do not come to early as it means you will have to wait longer in your car. If you have not arrived by your allocated time slot, your time slot may be given to the next person in line and you will have to wait longer. We ask that you text message 0414 596 674 when you arrive at the Hideaway with:
- Your surname
- Car number plate
- The colour of the car.
Please remain in your car until invited in by our staff member.
When visiting Richmond Marketplace, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. You will find the bunny set out the front of Big W.
Health and Well-being
All hard surfaces, chairs, ottomans, stools, USB’s, service desk, bathroom, sinks, door handles, light switches, boxes and anything else touched by staff or customers will be thoroughly sanitized between and during each photo session. Use of hand sanitizer must be used when entering the studio, and before your photo’s are taken at Richmond.
If anyone is feeling unwell, experiencing any flu like symptoms, been in contact with someone that has tested positive to COVID-19, or been to a covid hotspot, please call us so we can reschedule your appointment once you have received a negative covid test result.
It is imperative that we all practice social distancing rules, however children can sit on the Bunny’s knee or on his chair next to him. They can give the Easter Bunny high fives and cuddles. The Bunny will be sprayed with disinfectant after each family. We will use our experience and talent to take awesome photos, whilst still maintaining distance between parents, children and staff.
There will be no printed photos at the Hideaway or Richmond Marketplace. If you already have a Lasting Memories USB please bring that with you to receive discount off the full price. If you do not have a Lasting Memories USB, you may purchase one on the day of photography. If you are bringing back a USB please ensure it is in a snap lock bag, our staff will be wearing gloves when handling USB’s. Make sure you have all your photo’s backed up.
All photo’s taken will be put onto your USB after the photo shoot. Photo’s are unedited. If you require editing (cropping, colour balance, sharpening and black and white) it will be an additional $35. You will still take home your unedited photo’s on the day. Your edited photo’s will be sent to you via email within 7 days of your photo shoot.
Each Family MUST have their own USB.
Please note that we do not cover old USB’s that are corrupt, damaged, or write-protected. If your USB is damaged and we cannot use it, you will be required to purchase a new one on the day of your photo shoot for an additional $10 at the Hideaway and $5 at Richmond Marketplace.
Each family receives 3 poses (hideaway), and the choice of 1 or 2 poses (Richmond) when purchasing USB’s (not always possible when children are scared or unsettled). If additional poses are requested, an extra $10 per pose will be charged.
If you have any props that you would like us to use, we do encourage you to bring your them with you. We will provide glasses and Bunny ears for the children to have photos taken with, these will be sanitized after each use.
Richmond Marketplace has only 1 backdrop on offer, however we will take 2 different poses of your children together.
The Hideaway Bringelly has 4 different backdrops to choose from. Everyone will have their photo taken with the Easter Bunny in the Bunny room and you will also have a choice of 2 other backdrops. You choose these backdrops when you arrive.
If you would like group shots (eg: cousins together) that is ok, however we can only shoot a maximum of 8 people together that are not immediate family. If you are doing your immediate family and you also require a group photo you will need an additional booking for each group.
Bookings for the Easter Bunny at the Hideaway Bringelly will be approximately 10 minute sessions.
Bookings for Richmond Marketplace will be approximately 5 minute sessions
Payment Methods Accepted
We do have EFTPOS/ATM and CREDIT CARD FACILITIES available, however due to reception issues at the Hideaway we can not always guarantee that it will work. Please bring CASH to be paid on the day of your photo session just in case.
Hopefully we will have no issues at Richmond.
Receiving Your Photos
You will be able to take all your unedited photos home on USB on the day of your photo shoot (approx. 5 mins depending on the amount of photos taken) There will be no printed packages available , only USB’s so you can print your own photo’s. If you would like your images edited, we will provide a USB on the day with your unedited images and for an extra $35 we will edit these images and send them to you via email within 7 days. (editing involves, sharpening, colour balance, cropping and some special effects e.g.: Black and white)
There is no set amount of photo’s. Everything we take you will receive. Each family is different as some children are harder to photograph than others.
You do not have the opportunity to reschedule your own appointment. You must contact Lasting Memories Photography at [email protected] 48 hours in advance of your booking time. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment once only and this will incur an additional $2.50 admin fee. We will do our best to re-schedule your appointment for you however availability will be limited and re-scheduling will only be offered on the months we have opened. If it is before we open a new month and we were given the required 48 hours notice we will refund $25 and you can re book when we open the next month. If you need to reschedule a second time, you will NOT be
refunded your deposit fee and will need to book a new session. You will forfeit your $27.50 booking deposit if you miss or cancel your appointment or if we do not receive the 48 hours notice required.
If you or someone in the family is unwell and has flu-like symptoms, please contact us via email at [email protected] so we can reschedule you after you have produced a negative covid test, for all other illnesses please provide a medical certificate stating a non covid related diagnosis and we will reschedule or refund your appointment minus $2.50 admin fee.
Easter mini’s at the Hideaway
Easter mini sessions do not have the Easter Bunny, they are just family portraits. There are 4 backdrops available and providing time allows we will try and utilize them all in your photo shoot. We will photograph the family, the siblings and the siblings individually. 2 backdrops are Easter themed and 2 backdrops are plain, to offer you that extra variety. All photo’s taken are put onto USB unedited. If you would like your portraits edited it will be an additional $35, you will still take home your unedited images on the day. Your edited images will be emailed to you within 7 days of your photoshoot.. Easter mini sessions are approximately 20minute sessions.

Please note, that while we make every effort to stick to the schedule, our booking system is not intended to eliminate wait times but to minimise them, expected wait time may be up to 15 minutes. We do have pram and wheelchair access at both locations
