Our Sensitive Santa sessions are designed for children with special needs, or those on the spectrum, particularly with sensory sensitivities. The environment is calm, quiet, and relaxed to make the experience as comfortable as possible.
Each 20-minute session allows extra time for your child to settle in. We’ll work at their pace, aiming to use 3 rooms if they’re comfortable. Some children warm up to Santa quickly, while others need a slower approach. Sometimes, we capture a photo before they even realise Santa is there.
If you have specific requests, let us know and we’ll do our best to make the session easier and more enjoyable for your child.
Your 20-minute session includes:
- Gentle, unrushed introduction to Santa
- Family and children’s photos (up to 3 rooms)
- All unedited photos on USB (no prints)
Important:
- $15 more and 5 minutes longer than a standard session.
- Reserved for children who cannot cope in a regular session.
- If suitable, please book a general session to keep these spots available for families who need them most.

Bring the whole family – including your pets – for a private 5-minute photo session with Santa in the beautifully decorated Santa Room. Whether they’re furry, feathery, or scaly, all pets are welcome to join in the festive fun. This is your chance to capture magical moments of your pet meeting Santa, along with family photos you’ll treasure for years to come.
Your session includes:
- Photos of your pet with Santa.
- Photos of your pet, family/children with Santa.
Important to know:
- Pets must be on a leash or in a carrier, clean, and well-groomed.
- Photos without the pet are not included; for an extra $20, we can take family/children shots just with Santa (Santa’s Room only).
- All unedited photos provided on USB immediately after your session (no printed packages)

Santa Photos Richmond Marketplace
Good news – Santa is returning to Richmond this Christmas! In addition to the Hideaway Bringelly, Santa is also taking photos at Richmond Marketplace. Each family receives approximately 5 magical minutes with Santa. We also encourage family photos with mum and dad, as Christmas is about family. We are wheelchair accessible and will do whatever it takes to make your visit a special and memorable experience.
Bookings are essential! Each time slot lasts approximately 5 minutes, during which we’ll capture photos of the children with Santa, as well as family shots with mum and dad. We typically take three poses with Santa, e.g. a traditional portrait, a fun reading moment, and a silly face shot (though this may vary if the children are feeling shy or uncooperative).
When booking, each family must reserve their own time slot and either use their existing Lasting Memories USB or purchase a new one. For example, if three families wish to have individual photos taken and then a group photo together, you will need to book an additional spot for the group shot. In total, the three families would require four timeslots.

FAQs
This year Lasting Memories will be taking Santa Photos at Santa’s Hideaway Bringelly and Richmond Marketplace NSW.
Bringelly is approx. 30 minutes’ drive from Campbeltown, Liverpool and Penrith.
Richmond Marketplace is approximately 30 minutes’ drive from Penrith, Blacktown and springwood.
Bookings are compulsory. You pre book online. To make your booking go to the Santa photo tab when bookings open.
We are excited to be able to welcome you all back to Santa’s Hideaway Bringelly and Richmond Marketplace for the 2022 Christmas season. We will start taking photos at Santa’s Hideaway on Tuesday 4th October.
Bookings will open on a monthly basis.
Bookings for October will open on Monday 26th September, this will also include bookings for pet photography with Santa.
Bookings for November will open on Monday 24th October, and this will include bookings for pets and children with special needs (Sensitive Santa)
Bookings for December will open on Monday 21st November, and this will include Sensitive Santa also.
