Short on time? This quick visit with Santa captures the magic in just one beautifully themed room. Ideal for older or confident kids, and may also be suitable for children with Level 1 Autism who are comfortable in a faster-paced environment and do not require additional settling-in time.

- A brief meet-and-greet with Santa.

- Lots of posed and candid moments to capture the spirit of Christmas.
Important to know:
- Maximum 8 people per session.
- The session includes up to 8 people photographed together in 1 room.
Additional pricing:
- Additional Room: $30 per additional room, subject to time availability.
- Additional Poses or Combinations: $30 per additional pose or combination using the immediate family members included in the original session booking. Additional family members, including extended family such as cousins, are not included. We recommend booking either a Sparkle or Enchanted Session to accommodate extended family combinations.
- Suitable for children with Level 1 Autism, as well as children with Level 2 Autism who are able to comfortably participate in a mainstream school environment and do not require significant additional time, one-on-one support, or sensory accommodations during the session.
- Not recommended for children with Level 2 or Level 3 Autism who may find a mainstream environment challenging or require additional support, time or sensory accommodations. Our Sensitive Santa Sessions are specifically designed to provide a calmer environment, additional time and greater flexibility to help children feel comfortable and supported.

- A warm welcome, time with Santa and photos taken with and without Santa – approximately 15 minutes.

Sensitive Santa Sessions
Our Sensitive Santa sessions are designed for children with additional needs, particularly those with Level 2 or Level 3 Autism, sensory sensitivities, or higher support needs who may find a mainstream Santa experience overwhelming. The environment is calm, quiet and relaxed, with fewer distractions to help make the experience as comfortable as possible.
Each Sensitive Santa session allows extra time for your child to settle in and become familiar with the environment. We’ll work at their pace, aiming to get as many nice photos as possible utilising whatever rooms that the children are comfortable with. Some children warm up to Santa quickly, while others may need a slower and more gradual approach. Most times, we may even capture that special photo before they realise Santa is there!
Every child is different, so if there is anything we can do to help prepare for their visit, please let us know when booking. We’ll do our best to accommodate specific needs or requests and create a positive, enjoyable Santa experience for your child and family.
Your 25-Minute Sensitive Santa Session Includes:
- Gentle, unrushed introduction to Santa
- Family and children’s photos for Level 2 or Level 3 autistic children who are comfortable and happy to participate. We will work at your child’s pace, with the number of rooms and poses captured depending on their comfort, engagement and willingness to participate on the day.
- All unedited photos on USB (no prints)

- Reserved for children who cannot cope in mainstream environments
- Please book a general session to keep these spots available for families who need them most.
Santa Photos Hideaway
Santa’s Hideaway, located in a private studio in Bringelly, just approximately 25 minutes away from Campbelltown and Liverpool, and about 30 minutes from Penrith. Our studio features four unique backdrops that provide the perfect setting to capture your special Christmas moments. Whether you’re gathering with cousins or creating cherished memories with Santa for your immediate family, we are dedicated to ensuring these memories last. Our studio is wheelchair accessible, and we are committed to making your visit to the Hideaway a truly memorable experience.
By booking a session, I confirm that:
- My deposit is non-refundable except as stated in the cancellation policy.
- I understand that arriving late may forfeit my booking and deposit.
- I accept that all photos are provided unedited on USB, and printed packages are not available.
- I agree that my booking details are accurate and that any urgent needs have been communicated directly to staff.
- If booking a Pet Session, I understand that pets must be restrained, clean, and safe for staff and Santa.
- I agree to behave respectfully towards staff and other customers at all times.

FAQs
This year Lasting Memories will be taking Santa Photos at Santa’s Hideaway Bringelly and Richmond Marketplace NSW.
Bringelly is approx. 30 minutes’ drive from Campbeltown, Liverpool and Penrith.
Richmond Marketplace is approximately 30 minutes’ drive from Penrith, Blacktown and springwood.
Bookings are compulsory. You pre book online. To make your booking go to the Santa photo tab when bookings open.
We are excited to be able to welcome you all back to Santa’s Hideaway Bringelly and Richmond Marketplace for the 2022 Christmas season. We will start taking photos at Santa’s Hideaway on Tuesday 4th October.
Bookings will open on a monthly basis.
Bookings for October will open on Monday 26th September, this will also include bookings for pet photography with Santa.
Bookings for November will open on Monday 24th October, and this will include bookings for pets and children with special needs (Sensitive Santa)
Bookings for December will open on Monday 21st November, and this will include Sensitive Santa also.
